EJ Sligo All-Stars have announced the signing of Greg Poleon ahead of the club’s return to the men’s Superleague in 2022-23.
Power forward Poleon previously played for Hemel Storm in NBL D1.
Standing at 6 foot 7 inches, Poleon who is a native of Brooklyn is a graduate of Pace University in New York.
Following his university graduation in 2019, Poleon spent three seasons at Hemel Storm in which he averaged 23.7 points per game and 11.3 rebounds per game. As well as that, he was voted the NBL D1’s Most Valuable Player in 2021.
Poleon is EJ Sligo All-Stars second marquee signing ahead of the 2022-23 season following the arrival of Reinis Ščerbinskis.
