Donegal TD left seething after hearing Minister Ryan’s advice for those struggling with fuel prices

The Donegal Sinn Fein TD Pádraig Mac Lochlainn has taken issue with the leader of the Green Party Eamon Ryan over his advice for those struggling with fuels costs to go to their local social welfare offices.

Transport Minister Eamon Ryan dismissed calls for further relief for motorists facing soaring prices at the pumps.

Instead, he said if people are struggling with paying for petrol or diesel, they should apply to their local social welfare office for help.

Deputy Mac Lochlainn earlier spoke to North West Today about the comments from Minister Ryan.
