Government accused of dragging its heels over supports for Mica affected children



The Government has been accused of dragging its heels over calls for supports for children affected by Mica.

 

There have been ongoing concerns as it relates to securing school transport for children who have been displaced due to the crumbling block issue.

 

The matter was first raised in the Dail in March by Independent TD for Donegal Thomas Pringle.

 

He says has only recently received correspondence, months on from when he first asked and has described the lack of urgency as unsatisfactory:
