Inquest delay into death of woman at Sligo Hospital may have prevented more understanding of medical condition



The delay in the holding of an inquest into the death of Dhara Kivlehan during childbirth at Sligo Hospital in 2010 may have prevented a greater understanding of the medical condition from which she died.
