The PRO of the Mica Action Group has reiterated that the upcoming Bill on the enhanced Mica Redress Scheme must be subject to pre-legislative scrutiny.
Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien is said to be keen to get the Bill passed through both houses of the Oireachtas before summer recess.
Last week, the Taoiseah told the Dail that a scrutiny could delay the rollout of the scheme significantly
