Donegal to face Derry in Ulster SFC final



Donegal will face Derry in the Ulster senior football final in Clones on May 29th after Rory Gallaghers Oak Leaf side produced another impressive championship display to beat Monaghan by 3-12 to 0-17 in Sunday’s semi-final in Armagh.

Fermanagh native Gallagher (pictured) becomes the first manager to guide three different Ulster counties (Donegal, Fermanagh and Derry) to Ulster senior finals.

The decider will  have a 4pm throw-in at Clones on Sunday, May 29th.

Donegal minors Ulster semi-final with Tyrone has been fixed for next Saturday evening in Celtic Park at 7pm.

Luke Barrett’s side reached the last four after Saturday’s 4-12 to 3-7 qualifier win against Monaghan.

Derry minors will face Cavan in the other semi-final the same evening.

Confirmation too that Donegal LGFA’s Ulster senior football final against Armagh has been fixed for next Sunday, May 22nd, at St Tiernach’s Park in Clones with at 3:45pm throw-in.

All three games will be broadcast live on Ocean FM.
