A Sligo Councillor claims a proposed one-way system in Collooney is urgently needed to address the rapid growth of the area
Fine Gael’s Thomas Walsh says applications for funding the scheme have been so far unsuccessful in 2020 and 2021.
Funding has previously been allocated for footpaths on Barrack Street and for connecting Collooney to Ballisodare.
Councillor Walsh says it’s ‘vital’ the lack of infrastructure is addressed.
