Sligo University Hospital big concern for INMO



The President of the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation says Sligo University Hospital is one of her biggest concerns in terms of overcrowding.

 

The INMO is holding its Annual Delegate Conference in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sligo this week with safety in the workplace, recruitment & retention and the cost of living expected to dominate proceedings.

 

It’s the first in-person conference since 2019.

 

INMO Karen McGowan says she will along with general secretary Phil Ni Sheaghdha will visit Sligo University Hospital later today.
