Breaking: Three streets closed in Sligo after car crashes into shop window in town centre



Emergency services are currently attending the scene of a crash in Sligo Town.

The crash happened at around 4pm in the Grattan Street in the town.

It’s understood that a car has crashed into a shop window.

Gardai have confirmed that Grattan Street, Castle Street and Market Street are closed off as emergency services deal with the situation.

Details of any injuries are not yet known.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and to seek alternative routes where possible.

Sligo County Council have now confirmed that the three streets are closed to traffic until further notice.
