Well-known Donegal and Fermanagh journalist Gerry McLaughlin launches his first poetry collection entitled ‘The Breed of Me’ in Rockfield Community Hall, Ballyshannon, on the site of his former Primary School, this Friday, April 29th, at 7:30pm.
The book will be launched by two of Galway’s All-Ireland winner hurlers Joe Connolly and Conor Hayes – and a fiery poet from Connemara, Sean O’Coistealbha.
The collection will be on sale locally for €10.
