Bray Golf Club’s Alan Fahy is the new Connollys Audi West of Ireland champion following Tuesday’s 2&1 victory over Galway’s Liam Nolan in the final.
Fahy, who was beaten by Co Sligo’s TJ Ford in the South of Ireland final last year, played impressive golf throughout the five days of the ‘West’.
He spoke to Robbie Fitzpatrick moments after clinching victory on on Tuesday.
For the second successive year, Liam Nolan (Galway Golf Club). has finished runner-up in the West of Ireland.
He also spoke to Robbie Fitzpatrick after the final.
