Mayor Gibbons wants meeting between planners and Strandhill business community



The Mayor of Sligo has called for no decision to be made on a public enhancement project in Strandhill until those with concerns are consulted.

The issue was discussed at this morning’s meeting of councillors from the Sligo Strandhill Municipal District of Sligo County Council.

Sinn Fein Councillor Arthur Gibbons is calling for Sligo County Council’s planning department to meet with a delegation from the business community of Strandhill and with elected representatives.
