A Leitrim Councillor is hitting out at what he describes as ‘the the lack of commitment’ from Sligo County Council and authorities in Northern Ireland when it comes to progress being made on the Cross Border Corridor.
says whereas the local Authority in Leitrim are working on improving the N16 there does not seem to be the same commitment from their colleagues in Sligo.
The Fine Gael Councillor says in Northern Ireland no improvements have been carried out on the A4.
Cllr McDermott says it’s important that work on this important infrastructure linking north to south is carried out as soon as possible
