All-Stars one more win away from Superleague return

EJ Sligo All-Stars are one victory away from a return to basketball’s Superleague next season.

Shane O’Meara’s side host IT Carlow in Saturday night’s men’s Division 1 semi-final at the Mercy College Gym.

Sligo secured their place in Saturday evening’s semi-final following a hardfought 91-86 quarter-final victory over Fr Matthew’s of Cork last weekend.

Tip-off at the Mercy College gym this Saturday night is 7:30pm.

The second Division 1 play-off semi-final between UCC Demons and Grand Hotel Malahide takes place in Cork on Sunday afternoon.
