A member of the Border Communities Against Brexit group has described remarks by the British Prime Minister Boris Johnston comparing the Russian invasion of the Ukraine to Brexit as ‘appalling’ and ‘beyond bizarre’
The comments have been strongly condemned by a number of politicians in Europe and in the UK.
