Sligo Pyrite homeowners need proper representation

It’s been claimed that the 200 Households in Sligo impacted by Pyrite are being left in limbo by the lack of action when it comes to any redress schemes being finalised.

Next Monday’s meeting of the local Authority in Sligo will hear calls seeking it to establish a committee to represent the homeowners.

Cllr Thomas Healy has tabled a motion for Monday’s meeting he says it’s important that Sligo is not left behind other Counties in having their voices heard in relation to Pyrite and Mica.
