308 adults in the north west region accessed emergency accommodation between the 20th and 26th of December.
The December homelessness report has been published by the Department of Housing.
The report finds that 196 men and 112 women availed of local authority housing during this time.
The latest figures also show there were 61 people classified as homeless across Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal during this time including seven families.
