A Leitrim Councillor is urging the local authority in the county to act immediately in response to the devastating impact that the Covid pandemic has had on Kiltyclogher.
Councillor Justin Warnock says since the onset of the Covid 19 pandemic almost two years ago the village has witnessed the closure of a number of businesses and local services including the library and health centre.
Cllr Warnock is calling on Leitrim Council CEO, Lar Power along with his executive to hold an in-person meeting with our four Oireachtas members, the Councillors for the Manorhamilton MD and the local community.
Speaking to Ocean FM News, the Fianna Fail Councillor says that although many rural areas have been hit hard by Covid. The blows to Kiltyclogher have been particularly devastating.
