A Leitrim farmer has been selected as the new chairman of the IFA’s National Sheep Committee.
Kevin Comiskey will take over the position at the end of this month when he will replace Sean Dennehy in the role.
Kevin Comiskey has held various other positions in the IFA throughout the years and indeed the Comiskey family created history over the weekend with Kevin following in his Brother Michael’s footsteps and serving at national level. Michael was Hills Committee Chairman for a period of time between 2002 and 2006.
