Alternatives to opening school windows during cold months needed



An Independent TD believes the directive for schools to leave windows open, with the aim of slowing the spread of Covid-19, during the cold months needs to change.

Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice says he is constantly receiving calls from concerned parents that fear their children will pick up regular flus and colds.

Speaking to OceanFM News, he says alternative measures are needed urgently such as HEPA filters.
