Friday night saw the launch of the St. Patrick’s Church Restoration fund and the St. Agatha’s Church, Clar graveyard extension fund.

Architect Lawrence McMullin outlined the extensive work that is needed to be carried out and says €1 million euro will be needed to complete the projects
The fundraising committee are appealing to parishioners of the Townawilly Parish from home and abroad to assist with fundraising and bring forward their ideas
Fr Niall Coll , Parish Priest of Townawilly praised the work of those in the committee and says it’s now time to look to the future.
