This week on Arts North West, Mary Moynihan, Director of Smashing Times International Centre for Arts & Equality, tells of its upcoming Arts & Human Rights Festival and chats about method acting, its process and history. Tom Sigafoos reads from and discusses his new novel, The Cursing Stone, a wonderfully evocative piece of historical fiction set in 19c. Ireland. And we look at the new Piping Festival, Glen to Glen, taking place in Manorhamilton October 15/16th, the Iron Mountain Literature Festival, which takes place this weekend, and What’s On at the Hawks’ Well.
