Ocean FM has been nominated for three national radio awards in this evening’s annual IMRO Awards ceremony.
North West Today presenter, Niall Delaney, has been nominated as Local/Regional Speech Broadcaster of the Year.
Francie Boylan and Aisling Heraughty have been nominated for their feature, ‘Running For Our Lives’, in the Local/Regional Sports Programme category.
And Niall Delaney has also received a nomination for his feature on hunger striker, Joe McDonnell, in the Radio Documentary category.
There were over 700 entries for the awards, from every national and regional radio station in both the Republic and Northern Ireland.
The awards will take place online this evening, starting at 7.30pm.
