Agri Week Concern over sheep prices. Forestry legacy in Leitrim. Global warming already impacting the North West



Concern aired by farming officials in the North West once again over  the alleged importation of  sheep meat which coincided with factories dropping the price of lamb:

 

 

This is National Heritage week, but in Leitrim residents need to reflect on what has been lost due to exploitation by every Government since the foundation of this state due to bad forestry policy:

 

And we hear warnings of more storms, rain and flooding and wetter land unless Ireland takes strong and immediate action on Climate Change:
