Sligo swimmer Mona McSharry has qualified for tomorrow’s semi-finals of the Women’s 100m Breaststroke.
She finished third place in her heat at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics today with a time of 1:06.39, just outside her record Irish time by a tenth of a second
The Olympian was fourth when she made the turn in 31.406 seconds.
Mona will also be competing in the 200m breaststroke on Wednesday at 11:34am Irish time.
