Author Anne Holland chats with Austin O’Callaghan about Carrowmore’s Frank McGarry, who passed away last week. McGarry was a founder of the Showjumping Association of Ireland – and built McGarry’s Riding Stables in Carrowmore in 1972.
Holland wrote a book about the Sligo man’s life in 2014 entitled: ‘Ireland’s Mr Showjumping’.
