During this process a number of key points of interest were identified such as Curriculum, Culture, Relationships, Policy and Planning.

The College will focus in in great detail on these areas over the next five years.

The Board of Management of the School has also confirmed that a comprehensive implementation plan has been drawn up to ensure targets are achieved in a timely fashion while at the same time providing students of the College with the best possible educational experience.

The plan envisages the continued development of the Alumni (Uh-Lumh-NI) Association which was launched in 2018, a career mentoring programme for students, the provision of supports for staff development and the further development of pastoral care services at the school/

The plan also included details in relation to the development of the school campus to incorporate addition classrooms, technology rooms and sporting facilities.
