Sligo solicitor Barry Creed says the Minister for Health, Stephen Donnnelly, should apologise, after claiming that legal firms are ‘licking their lips’ at the prospect of suing the State over the cyber attack on the HSE. Mr Creed says the legal profession is highly regulated and the Minister’s comments were out of order, and relate to just a handful of solicitors making comments on their blog sites
