A Sligo councillor says there are rural areas that now have broadband but community hubs do not have adequate office and building space, as well as the equipment, with which to work.
Fine Gael Councillor Gerard Mullaney says there is a need for government to provide funding to upgrade and properly equip hubs to make them attractive places for people to work.
