The Fine Gael TD says in order for the numbers to continue to drop, GPs must to be given more responsibility in the vaccination rollout.
He also called for former doctors over the age of the 70 to be allowed to administer vaccinations
In response, the Taoiseach says he will consult with the HSE in relation to availing of the services of retired GPs in administrating vaccinations.
