A new Garda hotline set up for residents in County Donegal to report any illegal gatherings during Covid has been slammed in the Dail as a rat line and tout line. Deputy Thomas Pringle says the initiative encourages neighbours to tout on neighbours and should not be the first response to the Covid problems in the county
