Outdoor attractions to admitt members of the public from this morning



Some Covid-19 restrictions will be eased across the North West from this morning

 

Outdoor attractions like Pet farms and heritage sites can welcome back members of the public today.

 

The maximum attendance allowed at funerals has increased to 25, while outdoor sports like tennis and golf courses can reopen.

Outdoor dining and beer gardens could be allowed from June under the government’s plans to ease restrictions.

 

The moves comes as the Department of Health has confirmed that 429 new cases of the virus were detected in their latest set of figures.  One additional death was also reported.

 

966,611 people have received their first dose

393,310 people have received their second dose
