The Director of Public Health with the HSE North West, Dr. Anthony Breslin, has move to reassure the public after the recommendation that the AstraZeneca vaccine should not be used for those under the age of 60. Dr Breslin says the situation regarding vaccines and the roll-out process remains changeable but people should heed best medical advice
