Harps draw to join Sligo Rovers at top of table

Finn Harps continued their unbeaten start to the new SSE Airtricity League Premier Division season with a 1-1 draw away Drogheda United on Saturday night.

Karl O’Sullivan gave Harps a spectacular lead but Drogheda equalised through Mark Doyle.

Ollie Horgan’s side sit top of the table on seven points, alongside Liam Buckley’s Sligo Rovers,  who beat Longford Town on Friday evening.

Harps host Waterford FC at Finn Park next weekend.
