Gardaí are appealing for help in locating a missing man from Mayo who was last seen in a Donegal-registered car.
43 year old Jerzy Sala was last seen in the early hours of Sunday morning in Castlebar, leaving his home in a silver Vauxhall Insignia with a registration number 09 DL 2323.
Jerzy is six foot tall, of slim build with short brown hair and blue eyes.
When last seen he was wearing a turquoise North Face jacket, blue jeans and brown hiking boots.
Gardaí and Jerzy’s family are concerned for his well being and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
UPDATE 18:05: Gardai say Jerzy has been located safe, and have thanked the public and the media for their assistance.
