Post office services are again available in the north Leitrim village of Dromahair from today.
A new post office has opened in the Gala store in the village.
It’s the first time post office services will be available since the death of the former Postmistress Frances Downey last December.
Services were moved from Dromahair to Manorhamilton on a temporary basis until an alternative location was found in Dromahair.
Gavin Leonard who is running the new post office earlier spoke to OceanFM news, he says a Post office service is vital for the town and surrounding areas:
