GPs urge young people to increase efforts in tackling Covid



The Irish College of General Practitioners Covid-Advisor is asking young people to continue to do the best they can in tackling the Covid-19 virus.

 

Mary Favier’s welcoming the fact there have been no new deaths among Covid 19 patients on the whole island of Ireland in the latest set of figures which were released yesterday.

 

There are 384 new cases of the virus in the Republic and 143 more people have tested positive in the North.

 

There were 11 new cases in Donegal yesterday while no additional cases were reported in either Sligo or Leitrim.

 

589, 512 doses of Covid-19 vaccines have been administered at this stage.
