Met Eireann has issued a status yellow rainfall warning for Donegal.
Heavy rain will fall at times during the period.
Met Eireann has also warned of the potential of surface and river flooding in the County.
The warning will come into effect today at 3 p.m. and will remain valid until 3 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.
