Gerry McHugh, Larkhill Woods, Strandhill Road, Sligo and formerly of Castlebar, Co. Mayo. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Retired staff of Bank of Ireland. Removal from there today, going to St. Agatha’s Church, Clar for 11 am funeral mass, followed by private cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan. Due to HSE and government guidelines, wake and funeral are private to family only, please. The funeral mass will be streamed live by mcnmedia. Chris Flannery, London, England. His family was formerly of 33 Temple Street, Sligo. Peacefully at St. George’s Hospital, London. Funeral cortege will leave The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo at 11.45am on Friday to arrive to The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception, Sligo at 12pm for Requiem mass, with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery after. William “Billy” Freeborn, Cashel, Rossnowlagh, Co. Donegal. Unexpectedly at Sligo University Hospital. Funeral to arrive at St. John’s Parish Church, Rossnowlagh this afternoon for 2pm Funeral Service, with Service of Interment in the adjoining graveyard. Denis (Dinny) McNulty (Retired Postman), Gurteen, Ballintrillick, Co Sligo. At The Abbey Haven Nursing Home, Boyle. Removal from McGloin’s Funeral Home, Chapel Road, Cliffoney this morning at 11.30 am., arriving at St Brigid’s Church, Ballintrillick for 12noon Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Keelogues Cemetery, Ballintrillick. Due to Covid restrictions, the funeral home, mass and graveyard are private.
