Sligo Tourism have appointed restaurateur, Anthony Gray, as their new Chairman.
The Sligo man has previously been Chairman of the Sligo Food Trail and a former President of the Restaurants Association of Ireland.
He is the owner of Eala Bhán and Hooked in Sligo.
Speaking to OceanFM News, he says he aims to showcase what the county has to offer nationally and around the world.
