A Donegal TD is strongly criticising the government’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
It follows criticism earlier this week from Sligo/Leitrim Deputy Marc MacSharry about the rollout vaccinations.
Independent TD Thomas Pringle is now accusing the government of ‘gaslighting’, or confusing, the public with information from Ministers.
Deputy Pringle made the comments in Dail yesterday to Health Minister Stephen Donnelly, saying the government is refusing to accept responsibility for ireland being the among the worst affected nations in the world.
Speaking in the Dail, he says the nation is facing a staffing problem.
