This January find your own pace with Sligo’s Feel Good 5k Podcast and training programme   You can walk, jog or run your way to an active new year by signing up to the Feel Good 5k from Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership.    Its free, it’s easy and it’s just three, 30-minute sessions a week, all of which can be done safely within the current restrictions.  All details are available at
