Concerns were raised at this month’s meeting of the Manorhamilton Municipal District of Leitrim County in relation to the lack of information from central government to the local authority when it comes to be preparing for the possibility of a ‘no deal Brexit.
The concerns were aired by Sinn Fein Councillor Padraig Fallon. He says that day to life in Leitrim and other border counties could change significantly if no deal was reached before the end of December.
