Margaret Sweny (Swinny), (née Byrne), Buenos Aires Court, Strandhill, Co. Sligo and formerly of Loreto Crescent, Rathfarnham, Dublin. Mass of the Resurrection at 11am today in St. Patrick’s Church, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Burial follows in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Strandhill Road, Sligo. Funeral Mass and burial are strictly private to family and close friends. Joe (Scobie) McKeon, Mullaghroe, Gurteen, Co. Sligo. Removal from his home on Sunday to St. Patrick’s Church, Gurteen, for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Gurteen Cemetery. House private to family, neighbours and close friends only please. Due to current restrictions, the Funeral Mass will take place privately. Funeral Mass will be livestreamed through the ‘O’Dowd Funeral Directors’ Facebook page. Patrick Ward, Drumnacroil, Ballintra, Co. Donegal. Peacefully, in Sligo University Hospital. Remains leaving his late residence on Monday at 10.30am for 11am mass in St. Brigid’s Church, Lisminton, Ballintra, Co. Donegal with burial immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Due to ongoing restrictions, the house and funeral are private. Funeral mass can be streamed on churchservices.tv/ballintra. Family flowers only.
