A new Recycling Bring Bank is to be built in Carraroe, Sligo.
A site has been assessed by Sligo County Council, a contractor hired to build the centre and bottle banks have been ordered.
Sligo/Drumcliffe Councillor Thomas Walsh says it’s hoped it will be ready for use before Christmas.
