Gallagher’s Bakery is launching Gallagher’s Bakehouse, its new range of handcrafted sourdough bread products.

CEO Patrick O Sullivan has been telling Ocean FM News how the sliced pan markert has become stagnant and the new Gallagher’s Bakehouse range is an opportunity to kickstart growth with healthier options that will meet specific, growing consumer demand.
