A documentary film on the campaign to prevent fracking in the Leitrim, Sligo and border areas will be premiered at the 65th Cork International Film Festival this weekend.
The documentary, entitled ‘Home Is A Sacrifice Zone’ is the latest by Dromahair, Co Leitrim director Johnny Gogan.
It brings together more than 40 contributors, including people in the community, politicians, international experts and campaigners.
Fracking was banned in Ireland in 2017 as a result of a Bill from then Sligo/Leitrim TD Tony McLoughlin.
