Fresh Brexit warnings issued in relation to fishing industry

A fresh warning has been issued to the North West’s fishing industry in relation to the prospects of a Brexit deal being completed.

That’s the message from the Minister for Foreign Affairs, who says business between Ireland and the UK will change with or without a deal.

The EU and British teams negotiating a Brexit trade deal are now back at the table.

Simon Coveney says farmers, food producers and the fishing industry (which employs man in areas such as Killybegs) in particular need to be prepared.
