With new Covid restrictions, people urged to look out for each other’s mental health



The founder of a local mental health support service says it’s vital that the welfare of people remains a top priority as stricter Covid-19 measures are implemented.

The Grasp Life Foundation, based in Dromahair, Co Leitrim, says it has experienced a 70% surge in people contacting it.
