The Donegal Independent TD, Thomas Pringle has lodged a complaint with ComReg over Eir’s failure to respond to customers.
There have been long running and well reported issues with people across Donegal and indeed in the North West in general struggling to receive a response from the company when it comes to concerns over mobile phone, landline and broadband provision.
Deputy Pringle says that several constituents have contacted him in relation to problems they had with Eir, and as a result he was left with no other choice but to take such action.
